Notice to parents regarding FVSD COVID-19 response and education status

The Fort Vermilion School Division would like to update parents on its plans for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in light of the March 15, 2020, mass closures of schools across the province.

FVSD Central office Administration is currently drafting a plan that will include providing learning opportunities for students who require it for their continued studies.

The Government of Alberta has directed FVSD to wait a week before releasing specific strategies and announcements regarding continuing studies for those students that require it.
