Divisional Science Fair
The FVSD Science Fair was held in the beautiful new Blue Hills School Community Lobby and Gymnasium on Friday, March 10, 2023!
There were 115 students that presented 38 excellent projects in the areas of Science experiments, research projects and innovative creations.
Young FVSD scientists were treated to lunch, received a science fair t-shirt, and along with presenting their projects, also got to participate in Science Stations. These stations included a welding demo in the new BHCS shop, learning how to use microscopes, snowshoeing along the trail, baking in the kitchen and making slime!
Medals and science prizes were awarded to the winners and a really fun day was had by all. Special thanks to our volunteer science fair judges! Without their support and being so giving of their time, this event would not have been possible!
