Support Staff

Additional Information:

The Fort Vermilion School Division is hiring multiple Bus Supervisors for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year.

Looking for individuals able to ride the bus in the morning and after school with students who require additional support during the bus ride.

Start Date:  As soon as possible upon hire

End Date: June 27, 2024

Hours per week:  2-4 hours per day

Preferred Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Experience with special needs children is considered an asset
• An ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents in a confidential manner
• Evidence of successfully passing the Police-Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
• Evidence of successfully passing the Alberta Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (IRC) if you have/had children

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary will depend upon qualifications and experience
• This position does not qualify for benefits.
