to announce the following appointment:

Gilbert Morris
Supervisor of Learning Services - Numeracy

Gilbert began his career with FVSD in 1993 teaching a partial year at St. Mary’s Elementary School followed by several years at Hill Crest Community School. Gilbert began his first leadership role in 1999 at Ridgeview Central School followed by school leadership positions at La Crete Learning Store, La Crete Public School and Sand Hills Elementary School.

During these years I refocused on what really matters - leading instruction and fostering student learning. I look forward to bringing this passion and excitement with me as I lead the FVSD in the area of numeracy and new curriculum.”
