Mrs. Tilley and Mr. Sheppard would like to send a big thank-you out to their Headstrong group members, especially Daine Thoma and Kaydence McIsaac, for their support with our latest mental health awareness initiative.

Recently, residents of Rainbow Lake were delighted to enter the post office and see the mailboxes decorated by sticky notes with inspirational messages and fun quotes. From the buzz around town, it was evident that this initiative was a success and the reason behind many smiles.

We would also like to send a thank-you to Ms. Bartlett for her help with this as well. Believe it or not, this small town initiative garnered large scale attention as it was nationally recognized by Canada Post.

We are so proud and thankful for all of the important work done by the students of our Headstrong group. Expect to see and hear more mental health positivity from the Headstrong group soon, and stay well!
