Vulnerable Sector / Intervention Record Check Info & Forms

Police Vulnerable Sector Check:  A clean Vulnerable Sector Check (dated within 6 months) is required as a condition of employment.

Mackenzie County residents may request a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) online.  Please complete the form below and email to brenda.sabiston@rcmp-grc.gc.ca  or fax to 780-927-4425.

Please attach 2 pieces of Identification, one of which must be photo ID if at all possible.  The completed VSC will be emailed to you or mailed to the address you supply on the application form.

The Vulnerable Sector Check is available in person at the Fort Vermilion RCMP Detachment Monday thru Friday and at the County Office in La Crete on Wednesdays.  The High Level Detachment is closed to walk ins at this time.

 

Children's Services Intervention Record Check:  A clean Intervention Record Check (dated within 6 months) is required only if you have children OR had children in your care in the past, including step and foster children.  

If the above is applicable, then an IRC is required.  If not, then an IRC is not required, please submit a statement to this effect with your application or in an email to hr@fvsd.ab.ca. 

Mackenzie County residents may request a Children's Services Intervention Record Check (IRC) online.  Please complete the form below and email to CS-IRCrequest@gov.ab.ca. 

The Children's Services Office in High Level is currently closed to walk in clients.
