Additional Information:

The Fort Vermilion School Division is seeking to hire an Apparel & Engraving Assistant. 

The Collegiate School exposes students to a variety of possible career paths in Junior and Senior High, for the purpose of having students graduate with the credentials to help them succeed in life. This includes, but is not limited to, exposure to working with advanced printing and engraving machines to produce branded merchandise.

This position will create and manage merchandise branding including clothing and various other items such as plaques, pens, and travel mugs. As well as any other assigned duties. Applicants should have a keen interest in merchandise branding (or a willingness to learn). Additionally, the applicant will assist students in the production process using various equipment. This is a part-time 10-month position, commencing when the position is filled and is located at the Gramson Centre in High Level.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 diploma
• Demonstrated desire to develop in the information technology field
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe and PowerSchool programs is an asset
• Ability to troubleshoot, should technical issues arise
• Computer related post-secondary courses/training (or experience)
• Experience working with students
• Previous instructional experience is an asset

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary will depend on education and experience
• This position is part-time and does not qualify for benefits.
