The Administrators’ Handbook provides the division with guidelines that establish processes and expectations for its’ day to day operations.
The Superintendent is responsible for the establishment of guidelines in the Administrators’ Handbook. The Superintendent will consult and review guidelines with school leaders on an annual basis. School leaders are expected to understand and communicate expectations to staff and staff are expected to follow the guidelines.
The Superintendent may consult with divisional staff, parents, students, executive team members and Trustees in the establishment of guidelines. The format for creation of guidelines will vary at the discretion of the Superintendent.
