Early Childhood Services

Early childhood services are provided to children with diagnosed special education needs as young as three years old.

Special Education

Fort Vermilion School Division is committed to providing appropriate educational opportunities for all students in supportive learning environments.  We believe that students with special education needs should be included in regular age-appropriate classrooms in the neighborhood school whenever possible.

Student Health Services

The Northern Lights - Fort Vermilion Student Health Partnership provides for services to assist students with special health needs so they can participate fully in their education programs and be successful at learning.

Child's Circle Project

The Child's Circle Project is a service designed to improve student success in school. The project is specifically aimed at students who may be considered "at-risk" for a variety of reasons.

Mental Health Capacity Building Project

The Mental Health Project is designed to provide intervention services to students and families with a variety of needs.
