Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan (teachers) The Fort Vermilion School Division covers 100% of benefit premium costs for full-time teachers. The costs of benefit premiums for part-time teachers are paid on a pro-rated basis according to the percentage of time worked. Recent improvements have been made to the Extended Health Care and Vision Care Explanation of Benefit (EOB) statements that are sent to covered members when a claim is made. These changes came into effect on Monday, October 26, 2009. The information sheet outlines each improvement that has been made to the EOB.
