Cub Wear is now available!
The purpose of this page is to provide the community of High Level, and the world, with information about Florence MacDougall Community School. It was also established to provide any teacher or student with links to some of the many resource materials available on the World Wide Web. Florence MacDougall Community School is part of the Fort Vermilion School Division which is located in the Northern section of Alberta.
In order to prepare for the school year you might want to purchase your school supplies. Click on the following link to see what school supplies your child needs.
The teacher and student resource files have brief descriptions about what the link offers and it is hoped that you will find them useful and relevant. At the bottom of this page you will find a table that provides links to the other pages of our school web site. If a teacher has a class web page you will find a link to it on the Staff page. Just click on the link that is after the teacher's name and it will take you directly to the class web page.
I add more links as I find them so please check back often. If you know of any student or teacher links and would like me to post them, send me a note.
We now have Cub Wear for sale, click on the link to see this new clothing.
Please e-mail me with your comments or suggestions.

Public Education Works
In Alberta public education refers to both public and separate schools. The apple symbolizes education and knowledge. The checkmark represents the positive things that are happening in public education.
OUR CHILDREN ARE HERE TO STAY, BUT OUR BABIES AND TODDLERS AND PRESCHOOLERS ARE GONE AS FAST AS THEY GROW UP AND WE HAVE ONLY A SHORT MOMENT WITH EACH. WHEN YOU SEE A GRANDFATHER TAKE A BABY IN HIS ARMS YOU SEE THAT THE MOMENT HAS NOT ALWAYS BEEN LONG ENOUGH. - ST. CLAIR SULLIVAN
