Each October, the Board of Trustees approves a Board Work Plan that lays out the meetings for that year. The document indicates the meeting dates, agenda items, necessary communications, and other relevant dates. Although the work plan does get altered from time to time, the intent is to provide a clear picture of upcoming business for the Trustees.
